Job Overview Assist the PACE IDT in the coordination of essential PACE services and promote participant satisfaction and retention via consistent, high quality, customer service skills. Focus is on assisting participants with inquiries, service requests, eligibility issues (Medi-Cal and Medicare), complaints, and appeals. Responsibilities also include documentation and processing participant incident reports, processing involuntary disenrollment's, and facilitation of on-site satisfaction surveys and other center-wide participant experience activities. Will assist participants and family with linkage and referrals to community resources as needed. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve program and organizational goals while adhering to established state and federal regulations. Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years customer service experience required. Bachelors degree preferred. Knowledge of Medi-Cal, Medicare, Social Security benefits is required; PACE program knowledge is preferred. BLS/First Aid certificate is required. Experience in PACE operations, managed care operations, or in other healthcare settings serving the frail or elderly is preferred. Bilingual: Spanish/English, Chinese/English or another second language is strongly preferred. Compensation $24.00 - $28.15 hourly Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
