- Design and architect and develop Adobe Experience Manager in the rebuild of the website
- Lead the development team in delivering high-quality features in AEM
- Mentor, train, and guide team members through various knowledge transfer sessions
- Identify, capture, and distribute knowledge through standard methodologies with stakeholders, partners with adobe, and colleagues.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience
- 7+ years hands-on experience in full cycle AEM implementations including Analytics and Target - ideal candidate will have AEM implementation experience within the financial services industry
- Extensive experience with AEM architecture and deployment as well as core AEM features -sites, assets, workflows, tagging, User control etc
- 4+ years' experience managing implementation teams
- 4+ years building sites, templates, components, or integrations with Adobe Experience Manager
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM) integration with Adobe Sites, Adobe Creative Cloud, and enterprise asset management solutions
- Experience with Java development to include knowledge of JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST
- Hands on front-end experience with JavaScript, Angular, JSON, HTML and CSS is HIGHLY desired
- Provide technology solutions and translate marketing and website needs into AEM recommendations and solutions to meet project goals
- Must be able to communicate effectively and build solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions
- AEM Architect Certified
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and solve them quickly
- Demonstrated skills in knowledge transfer, mentoring and developing AEM capabilities in the existing team
- Understanding or experience in using productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
- Experience with Agile Scrum process along with Backlog Management and Wiki systems such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
Desired Skills - AEM Business Practitioner certification a plus
- Understanding or experience with Adobe Workfront & Fusion and Adobe Marketo
- Understanding or experience with Salesforce CRM
- Understanding or experience with Appian
- Understanding or experience with Seismic
