Because it's everyone's role to make health more human™. We are looking for an AEM Development Lead to help us continue to deliver AEM-based, technical solutions to our clients' problems. In addition to making our clients' lives easier through technology, you will lead a team to implement and maintain the AEM-based websites and solutions we have designed for our clients. You will be directly involved in the design, scoping, development, testing, and releases of multiple AEM sites and AEM component libraries. Additionally, you will create proof-of-concept designs while ensuring the team has the right tools, training, documentation, and processes to maintain high standards of quality. You will have experience working with and building websites in AEM, and have familiarity using other tools in the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite. You will lead a team of developers and site builders to work with an integrated team of Project Management, UX, Account and QA to create compelling experiences for clients with long term maintainability and authoring of the websites as a priority. There will be ample opportunity to introduce new and better technology, techniques, process, and solutions that grow our expertise and ultimately provide better solutions for our clients. This is a remote role reporting into the Vice President, MarTech. You will work Mountain Standard Time. You Will:

  • Lead the development, code reviews, testing, and deployment of websites built with AEM
  • Perform hands-on coding of templates, components, dialogs and workflows.
  • Package and deliver updates to clients
  • Educate clients and project teams on the functionality of existing components so they understand what can be done now and what would require additional coding to accomplish.
  • Manage a team, providing mentorship, onboarding, documentation, and team processes and procedures
  • Determine feasibility and implementation details of AEM front ends to meet business goals
  • Ensure the development team has the skills and training necessary to meet project needs
  • Continue education, training and process improvement for the development team
  • Work with the Client and Project Management team to clearly define the client goals, objectives, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery
You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience managing a development team
  • 4+ years of experience with AEM 6.5
  • Extensive experience using CSS, SaSS, JQuery and Javascript
  • Expert level skills in core front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Experience developing and maintaining AEM components and component libraries
  • Good understanding of continuous integration tools and CI/CD pipelines along with version control tools like Bitbucket, or Github
  • Experience with managing Apache configurations and rewrite rules
  • Troubleshooting AEM package deployment problems
  • Experience writing requirements and scoping projects
  • Experience working in a fast paced agency environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously is a big plus.
  • Experience working with cross channel team members and external stakeholders (clients, agencies)
  • The ability to translate technical solutions for several non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in other CMS platforms (Wordpress, Drupal, headless) is a plus

This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
