Job Description:

As an Assembler Level 3 here atHoneywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of ouraerospace products. Your attention to detail and precision will ensure thequality and reliability of our products, contributing to the success of ouraerospace division. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor, andyou'll work out of our Redmond, WA location. In thisrole, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our assemblyprocesses, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality andperformance. Your expertise in assembly techniques and your ability to followdetailed instructions will be essential in meeting production targets anddelivering products on time.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual base salary range for thisposition is $52,000. - $67,000. Please note that this salary information servesas a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending anoffer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of theposition, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills,as well as market and business considerations.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performassembly tasks according to detailed work instructions and blueprints
  • Inspectand test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Troubleshootand resolve assembly issues and recommend process improvements
  • Maintaina clean and organized work area
  • Adhere tosafety guidelines and protocols

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws andregulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S.citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S.under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Previousexperience in assembly or manufacturing
  • 5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Needs 1+ years of soldering experience
  • Strongattention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Basiccomputer skills

  • Experiencein aerospace assembly
  • Knowledgeof FAA inspections
  • Knowledgeof lean manufacturing principles
  • Strongproblem-solving skills
