BASIC FUNCTIONS
The Aerospace Business Manager is responsible for driving profit and loss, achieving annual plans, and growing business value. This role leads a cross-functional team in sales, operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain, focusing on new business generation, proposal preparation, and customer relationship management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead the business team to pursue profitable new opportunities and maintain product focus.
- Develop annual and long-term business plans and sales/marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales to support growth and customer retention.
- Oversee cost estimation for accurate pricing and coordinate new business activities.
- Prepare and present business unit results to senior management.

Education and Experience:
