Company DescriptionJob Description This is an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Assembly professional who enjoys the assembly of power electronics, satellite testing equipment, fabrication of PCBs, power supply cables, and wire harnesses for our aerospace, EV, and medical industry customers. Responsibilities:
- Electrical assembly of various aerospace legacy components, power drawers, ground testing equipment, PCB, cables, bundles, route wires, multi-pin connectors, and Harness designs to specification and blueprints.
- Support in inspection and testing of assembled products for quality and functionality. Troubleshooting assembly.
- Routing of power supply connector and components to housing.
- Assembly of circular or rectangle connectors and work with 145+ pins.
- Interpret blueprints in the cables and harnesses assembly; end connector install, continuity pin testing, twisted shielded wires, heat shrink.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Assembly of PCB board; soldering IC, micro soldering, resistors, diodes, transistors, and capacitors.
- Other job responsibilities per project requirements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Experience as a lead in Electrical Assembly required.
- 6+ experience with Electrical assembly, PCB, cabling, wire harness, and routing wire experience required.
- 6+ years of working in any Aerospace, EV, or Medical industry preferred.
- Proven success in a multidisciplinary product design environment preferred.
- IPC Standards, J standard experience required, certification is preferred.
