Your Challenges:

Your Boarding Pass:

• Ten (10) years of Aerospace/Aviation Industry, Military, or Quality experience and 3 years in a Leadership role.
• Preferred: Twelve (12) years of Aerospace/Aviation Industry, Military, or Quality experience and 3 years in a Leadership role.
• Experience in UAS industry, including land and maritime operational leadership, customer interaction, contract management, and budget execution.
• Establish a great foundation and eventual certification to an approved AS9100 QMS.
• Minimum of four (4) years of management experience with products and/or technologies for U.S. Government, international, and/or commercial customers.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracting requirements, including fixed price and cost-plus contracts.

SUMMARY PAY RANGE: $127,000.00 - $165,000.00, annually.
