2790 Monroe Ave Suite 501, Rochester, NY 14618 | Job Type: Part Time Salary: Starting at $115,000 base (before incentives and bonuses) The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner is a critical member of the Chapter team. This position is responsible for: delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments with exceptional skill and confidence, including facial injectable treatments such as custom Botox and dermal fillers; PDO thread lifting; and energy based devices including RF microneedling and skin resurfacing as well as PRP/PRFM therapy; delighting patients with exceptional guest service; supporting and participating in sales and marketing strategies; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services. This position is pivotal in achieving guest satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter.
Essential Responsibilities - Delivers on Chapter's promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines
- Masterful scope of clinic treatments
- Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
- Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
- Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. average ticket, product sales, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
- Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members
- Represents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances
- May travel to other studios within the territory to assist with staffing needs
Requirements/Qualifications - Education Level: Nurse Practitioner
- Job Related/Industry Experience: Licensed to practice in state of assigned territory
- Minimum of 2 yrs experience as a Nurse Practitioner and 1 yr experience in Aesthetics preferred
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
