Job Description

This role is focused on the high-level project management support across Aflac's major initiatives around Arthur M. Blank Hospital Planning/Transition and Aflac Strategy/Optimization. Main responsibilities will focus on Arthur M. Blank transition planning as the Aflac subject matter expert and will provide project support to Aflac's quality initiatives.

Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business and clinical operations management
  • Project management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business or health-service field
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
  • Certification Summary

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for AMB transition planning as the AFLAC subject matter expert/ liaison.
  • Oversee AFLAC plan, establishes priorities, serves as communication liaison, leads coordination of activities with clinical teams, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives efficiency of patient care/support services.
  • Oversee the Aflac Project Management team with the transfer of several key members.
  • Increase project support to Aflac's quality initiatives, partnering with Aflac Directors and quality team.
  • Accountable for Aflac's annual project planning and execution cycle to include project ideation and planning; development of charters, project timelines, and KPI scorecards; and project decision making and communication pathways.
