The Treetop Therapy is seeking a passionate individual to become a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Massachusetts. WHO WE ARE: At The Treetop Therapy, we provide personalized at-home ABA therapy for children with autism. With locations in Georgia, Arizona, and Massachusetts, we support children aged 2 to 18 in achieving their developmental goals. Our mission extends to empowering our employees, offering comprehensive training and a dynamic work culture that fosters professional growth. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect and record data on individual progress, conduct functional assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Working one-on-one with clients in their homes, you'll help children develop essential skills for effective functioning in both home and community settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Your support will facilitate skills acquisition, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement, making a difference every day. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We offer a flexible part-time schedule tailored to meet the needs of clients aged 3-22. In-home sessions typically run from 3 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm. Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, childcare, teaching, or working with special needs
  • Experience with individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods and occasionally on the floor
  • Quick response to ensure client safety
  • RBT certification preferred but not required
