Your Responsibilities:
+ Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using effective strategies to promote independence and positive behaviors.
+ Work closely with our team to carry out skill-building and care plans.
+ Keep accurate records of sessions using electronic devices.
+ Create a positive environment for clients and build connections with families.
+ Collaborate with families and supervisors to make treatments more effective.
What You Need:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent.
+ A willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
+ Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in tough situations.
Important Info:
+ Services will take place in clients- homes or community settings.
+ All positions start part-time.
+ You-ll need to complete a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
+ We-re looking for candidates who can commit to at least 6 months to help change our clients- lives.
