Job Summary:

This is an Aftermarket Part Sales (ISS) position based out of the Marlborough MA branch office. The role includes inside sales support from the time of inquiry to delivery, which requires parts identification, quoting, order confirmation/purchase order receipt, pricing, order processing, expediting, and problem solving. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining a warehouse, coordinating shipments and controlling the branch inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer requests for aftermarket parts. Generate quotes, follow up with customers, and outside sales team to ensure quotes become orders. Manage these orders to ensure delivery schedule is achieved.
  • Act as key point of contact to the customer through the sales lifecycle.
  • Proactive outreach to potential customers. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors.
  • Oversee warehouse operations including environmental health and safety compliance, warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Manage branch office inventory. Maintain inventory stocking levels. Perform inventory counts as required.
  • Coordinate freight shipments and deliveries to and from the branch office.
  • Pick, pack and ship items to customers from the branch office.
  • Maintain all paperwork in accordance with company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Associates Degree or a minimum of 2-3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Industrial equipment part sales / rental coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

    This role is located in one of our 3 locations. The candidate can reside in any of these locations: Marlborough, MA; Buffalo, NY; Edison, NY. It may require occasional travel for trainings.

    SIP Eligible Role:

    The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is $55,000 - $65,000 with up to a 12.5% annual bonus. The total pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
