Job Summary: Commonwealth Motors, a leading car dealership in LAWRENCE, Massachusetts, is seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Afternoon/Saturday Office Assistant/Receptionist. This is a part-time, hourly position with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support during our busiest hours of operation. The ideal candidate will have a positive and friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $21 per week, with weekly pay. Employees also have the potential for advancement within the organization and may be eligible for employee discounts on our wide range of auto services. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers, vendors, and dealership staff in a friendly and professional manner - Answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Collect and distribute mail and packages - Schedule and confirm appointments for customers and clients - Process dealership paperwork, such as vehicle registrations and loan documents - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Must be available to work Saturdays and weekday afternoons EEOC Statement: Commonwealth Motors provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
