  • Recruitment Initiatives: Conduct interviews with prospective agent candidates and lead our recruitment efforts.
  • Orientation & Onboarding: Facilitate new agent orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Accountability Programs: Oversee agency programs that focus on accountability and role-playing.
  • Progress Reviews: Perform in-depth agency progress reviews to foster continuous improvement.
  • Training Delivery: Provide specialized training on business insurance products and effective sales techniques.
  • Enhancing Capabilities: Empower our agents by sharing competitive advantages and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Sales Support: Assist with policy rating, quote generation, and crafting impactful sales presentations.
  • Event Organization: Help organize district meetings and events to boost the success of our initiatives.

Requirements
  • Valid Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
  • Industry Experience
  • Commercial Insurance Sales Experience Preferred
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Successful Completion of a Background Check
  • Technological Literacy
  • Ability to Work On-Site and in the Field
Pay & Benefits Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary along with the opportunity to earn a bonus of $2,500 per quarter:
  • Pay Range/Potential: $50,000 - $1,000,000 (depending on experience and qualifications, commissions/bonuses) the sky is the limit
