Smartly has an exciting new opportunity for an Agency Customer Success Lead to join our growing team! Your role will be to lead and manage the Agency Customer Success team based in New York, London, and Berlin and own the existing agency revenue across NorAm and EMEA.

Leading a team of Customer Success Managers and reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for retaining, nurturing, and growing our existing agency customers across North America and EMEA. You will partner closely with our Agency Sales team and Agency Onboarding team to onboard new agency customers and expand Smartly.io's footprint within strategic enterprise agencies globally by building upon a strong foundation of value. As such, understanding how both agencies and the platforms work is a must.

As an Agency Customer Success Lead at Smartly, you will...
  • Lead a team of CSMs accountable for our agency revenue and relationships of enterprise strategic agencies.
  • Support team members to deepen relationships with agency customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as escalation point for agency customers and point of contact for senior agency stakeholders to ensure alignment in goals.
  • Work closely with our digital advertising partners to grow agency customers and find new opportunities.
  • Coach team to increase product adoption, champion product improvements, and help drive them to launch, together with our product management, product marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Drive agency growth, partnering with Agency Sales and Onboarding team to expand agency relationships and accelerate onboarding of new agency clients.
  • Embody the Smartly.io values and play a lead role to ensure the culture engages employees, resonates locally, and is consistent globally.
We're definitely looking for you, if you have...
  • 7+ years of sales/account management/customer success roles experience in ad-tech/mar-tech industries; experience with Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, and other Social Media Platforms is a plus.
  • 3+ years management experience preferred.
  • Understand and have sold SaaS offerings, managed services, and professional services for agency customers.
  • Ability to build connections and engage confidently with a variety of audiences, including C-level decision makers, and ideally have strong agency contacts.
  • Strong desire to learn about the product in order to effectively sell up to the C-suite or down to end users as needed.
  • Able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus annual bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly's total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance, and disability benefits.
