Title/Role: Agency Management Analyst Lead Work Hours: 8-4, 8:30-4:30, or 9-5 Work Location: 33 West State Street, 8th Floor,Trenton, NJ Lunch Period : ½hour Max pay Rate: $ 32.52The Agency Management Analyst Lead will beresponsible for the providing primary project leadership/management of theoverall project and its resources throughout the life cycle of the project. Dueto the aggressive timeline established for this initiative there are noavailable state resources that specialize in project coordination available tocoordinate this project team.The Agency Management Analyst Lead will directall phases of the project lifecycle to conduct related studies of the Divisionto capture and assess business improvements including the development of acomprehensive project strategy and associated detailed plan, coordination ofthe project teams including client stakeholders.The Agency Management Analyst Lead wouldbe responsible for project oversight including the development of appropriateproject documents as required. This includes business evaluation and projectsummaries, non-technical project materials, status reports, work flows,business process analysis, project plans, meeting notes, etc.During all phases of the project, theAgency Management Analyst Lead will be required to:•Conduct schedule internal and external (if necessary) meetings•Coordination of the project teams including client stakeholders.•Conducts Division's cost/benefit analysis and feasibility studies.•Capture, analyze and document the business and stakeholder needs, including tactical needs such as analysis.•Document and prioritize reporting based on business needs.•Capture, analyze, document and prioritize data extracts pecifications based on business needs.•Capture, analyze and document the impacted data and interfaces.•File all progress reports, manage successfully the projectlifecycle to ensure all project events occuron-time.•Provide primary project leadership /management.•Function with greater latitude indeveloping techniques and approaches to technical problems.•Perform work of considerabledifficulty in leading, supervising and/or conducting large scale agency-widestudies of manual and automated processes.•Conduct cost / benefit analyses andfeasibility studies and develop conversion plans.•Implement plans and model studiesfor new or changed operations.•Develop new or modifies existingpolicies and procedures, train departmental employees and evaluate studyresults.•Knowledge of basic data collectiontechniques.•Ability to apply prescribedanalytical and evaluation methods in conducting studies.•Conduct division wide study of all systems and capturethe workflow process•Capture, analyze and document the impacted business processes,identifying the stakeholders and business activities.•Capture, analyze and document the business rules that constrain the business activities. This includes policy, compliance, process, andstatutory factors from both internal and external parties.PreferredSkillset/Experience/Background:Considerable knowledge of organization management and operating principles and practices and research techniques and methodologies. Working knowledge of project management techniques. Working knowledge of agency organization and functions. Some knowledge of supervisory principles and techniques.Graduation from a college or university with major coursework in business administration, public administration, or related curriculum.Experience in management analysis and/or related work. Experience in project management techniques. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of preceding knowledge, skills, and abilities may substitute for this education and experience.
