Job Summary:
The Agency Quality Assurance Representative position is responsible for reviewing and ensuring agent, agencies, and agent maintenance items are processed completely and accurately that was entered by the agency processing team. This position's primary focus is licensing and appointments but will also be required to assist with other types of transactions. This role is part of the sales operations team supporting the new internal administrative platform.
Main Accountabilities:
This role will audit and review the data that was input from the agent processing team regarding agent and agency onboarding, can sell, and agent maintenance. The quality assurance representative will create a standardized checklist for review, maintain quality metrics, and communicate these metrics to management.
This position has a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
* Reviewing and auditing agent and agency contracting paperwork entered by the agent processing team to allow producers to write business accurately and in a timely manner.
* Learning, retaining, and updating one's knowledge of a wide variety of licensing and appointment information and internal processes and procedures, while adhering to strict financial industry rules and regulations.
* Update and maintain quality data metrics and report them to management.
* Assist with processing other types of maintenance and transactions as needed.
* Support both Agent/Advisors and Clients with all sales operations.
* Assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced level degree a plus
* 3+ years of operational/customer service or processing experience or a combination is preferred
* Proven ability to communicate effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
