Real Estate Agent Recruiter (100% in office)Recruiting Territory:Entire Carolina market (16 offices)Type:Direct HireSalary:$36K base, plus a draw for the first 90 says. Generous bonus planKey Responsibilities of the Real Estate Agent RecruiterCandidate Identification: Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates according to the organization's requirements.Recruitment Strategies: Execute proactive and consistent recruitment strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.Pre-Screening: Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.Market Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of the current real estate market, trends, and new developments.Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to understand the company's hiring needs and goals.Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate with the onboarding and training departments to ensure the smooth onboarding of new agents.Orientation: Conduct or assist with new agent orientations.Retention Support: Assist with agent retention.Qualifications of the Real Estate Agent RecruiterExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in recruitment.Track Record: Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates.Tech Savvy: Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.Industry Insight: Knowledge of real estate industry trends, key players, and competitive landscape.Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Additional Requirements: Boots on the ground sales/recruiterMust be comfortable making cold calls, nurturing relationships, setting up interviews, and selling the benefits of the company.Must have an approachable personality and be comfortable with diversity.Social media communication skills are a major plus!
