Job descriptionOur Agency Owner is looking for a well-organized Executive Assistant to provide business and personal support for a growing office. - Managing the executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives behalf
- Scheduling of meetings/appointments
- Creating systems and procedures for the Agent's activities
- Providing high-level, confidential support to the Agent
- Managing content creation for social media channels and analytics, CRM systems as needed
- Managing pre and post-event logistics including travel, and product sales at engagements
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Facilitating and following up on sales and appointments
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Travel and event arrangements for Agent
- Personal duties for Agent as assigned
- Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years administrative support
- Able to travel to all parts of the US and/or International
- Flexibility, dependability, and adaptability
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to process and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Driven, Professional, Proactive; takes initiative and autonomous worker
- Quick thinker; creative
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and strong attention to detail
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, always-changing environment
