Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation:
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure team alignment with organizational priorities and Agile methodologies.
• Team Mentorship:
• Mentor teams on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as a change agent to help teams embrace an Agile mindset.
• Performance Optimization:
• Monitor and optimize velocity, sprint completion rates, and overall team performance.
• Collaboration and Coaching:
• Collaborate with leadership to align team deliverables with strategic goals.
• Provide tailored coaching to teams to improve their Agile maturity and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large, multi-team environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Proven ability to implement Agile methodologies in diverse organizational contexts.
• Experience working in the Pharma industry is required. Experience in the MarTech area of Pharma is preferred.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, ADO (Azure DevOps), and Confluence.
