As an Agile Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management team supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Job Title: Agile Project Manager Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job? Lead and manage Agile projects, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog. Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. What's Needed? Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
