Position Summary: The Agile Scrum Master will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our Human Resources IT team in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies under the Product Based Operating Model. This individual will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile frameworks, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to ensure effective adoption and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and maintained. Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team. Track and report on key Agile metrics, such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time, to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Promote a product-based operating model by encouraging cross-functional collaboration and a focus on delivering value to end-users. Support the team in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and share knowledge with the team. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Skills/Experience: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably within Human Resources IT or a related field. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms. A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
