Job Description: Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure that all Scrum ceremonies are effective and serve their intended purpose.
Team Coaching and Support:
  • Provide guidance to the team on Scrum practices, Agile principles, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a self-organizing team that collaborates effectively.
  • Encourage and support team members to improve their performance and skillsets.
Remove Impediments:
  • Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
  • ct as a buffer between the team and external distractions or issues.
Promote Agile Best Practices:
  • dvocate for Agile methodologies and ensure that Scrum processes are being followed correctly.
  • Coach the team in maintaining and improving high standards of agile practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with product owners, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, expectations, and priorities.
  • Help facilitate transparency in progress, issues, and performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Work with the team to implement improvements based on retrospective feedback.
  • Encourage a culture of learning and adaptability within the team.
Reporting and Metrics:
  • Track team progress through Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint reports.
  • Provide insights on team performance and provide regular status updates to management.
Foster Team Collaboration:
  • Create an environment that promotes collaboration, communication, and mutual respect within the team.

Card Product Development:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new card products or enhancements to existing products (e.g., credit, debit, prepaid).
  • Ensure card products meet customer needs, regulatory compliance, and internal standards.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • nalyze transaction data, customer behavior, and other relevant data sources to derive insights and inform business decisions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for tracking card product performance, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure the company's card products remain competitive and relevant.
