****YOUR CHALLENGE****
In the context of its bank-wide Agile Transformation, Bank Julius Baer is looking for a highly motivated professional to join the Agile Transformation Team. The successful candidate will support agile transformation content production, program management, governance, program execution, change management and communication activities
* As a key member of the Agile Transformation Team, support the delivery of the Bank Julius Baer Agile Transformation by delivering a wide range activities related to the transformation
* Shape Agile transformation content including approaches, Agile team guidance, communication materials, delivery plans etc. working with subject matters experts and Agile Coaches within the Agile Transformation Team and across Bank Julius Baer
* Support the transformation team in planning, executing and tracking progress of the transformation
* Prepare workshops and support facilitation
* Support the planning, launch and post-launch support for new agile teams at scale
* Create materials that support program governance from team to ExB/BoD level
* Provide practical assistance to agile teams to solve challenges and build sustainable agile capability
****YOUR PROFILE****
* 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Change Management, supporting transformation programs
* Strong PowerPoint, Excel and (optional) MIRO skills
* Organized, disciplined and structured
* Good attention to detail
* Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholders management
* Agile experience is an advantage
* Exposure to Financial Services
* Excellent team-working ability
* Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
* Strong personality with good organizational and operational skills and ability to work under pressure
* Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge of German, French and other languages is an advantage
