Front Desk Agent
* The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
* Responsibilities include managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, handling payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Front Desk Agents also assist with room assignments, upgrades, and provide information about the hotel's services and amenities.
* They work closely with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met and resolve any issues promptly.
Housekeeping Executive
* The Housekeeping Executive oversees the housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet Hilton's cleanliness standards.
* Responsibilities include managing the housekeeping staff, conducting room inspections, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring all rooms are cleaned and prepared to Hilton's specifications.
* The role also involves handling guest requests related to housekeeping and maintaining communication with the front desk.

Work Experience
