- Lead and Innovate | Partner with Region Sales Managers to create customized agronomy plans that address the unique needs of each sales region. Your insights will shape our strategic approach to selling and enhance our position in the market.
- Empower Sales Teams | Equip District Sales Managers (DSMs) with cutting-edge agronomy knowledge and hybrid placement strategies to ensure they are the go-to experts for our customers.
- Enhance Visibility | Drive Wyffels' agronomy image through targeted outreach and public relations. Share our expertise and thought leadership with the broader agricultural community.
- Solve and Support | Provide expert-level support for complex customer situations, ensuring our DSMs have the guidance they need to excel.
- Develop and Deliver | Craft impactful training materials and build a comprehensive library of agronomy knowledge. Lead training sessions to ensure our team is always ahead of the curve.
- Connect and Collaborate | Build and nurture a network of internal and external agronomy experts. Stay at the forefront of industry trends to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications & What We Are Looking For
- Experience and Education | You bring 5+ years of experience in an agronomy role within a larger sales organization and hold a master's degree in Agronomy or a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills | You excel at building relationships and influencing others. Your ability to communicate and present information clearly makes you a trusted advisor to our team and customers.
