Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Clinical Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client's team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, extracting, and labeling data from attached to patient records. Your expertise in understanding clinical charts and what tests are saying will be key in this role. Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze attachments to patient data (test results, clinical notes) and help categorize the data properly based on your clinical experience..
  • Collaborate closely with our AI and NLP teams to ensure labeling is optimized and accurate in extracting relevant information from clinical records.
  • Provide valuable clinical insights and suggestions to improve data extraction, ensuring accuracy and efficiency moving forward.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in patient record management.
Requirements:
  • Strong Clinical background- ideally you have worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oncology or Urology patient care.
  • Proficiency in reading charts, test results, and doctors notes are in reference to patients.
  • Solid experience working with PDF, Excel, and CSV files.
  • Experience working with electronic clinical data, including EMRs, EHRs, and other formats of patient data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately review and analyze complex medical records.
  • A strong ability to focus on details, along with solid problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for improving the quality of patient care and dedication to providing the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with SQL.
  • Strong Excel skills!
  • An understanding of data extraction using AI (NLP).
  • Exposure to HL7 or FHIR standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely.
