We are looking to hire an AI Product Manager to join the Product team at NEAR Foundation. The right candidate is experienced with AI technologies and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, working remotely with a global team. You WillProduct and project management execution for the near AI websiteDefine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for near.aiWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories for product development.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products and drive continuous improvement.Act as a subject matter expert on AI technologies, trends, and best practices internally and externally.Product and project management execution for the NEAR License, inclusive of creating a strategy to identify and attract IP providersProject management support for the infra-incubation strategy in partnership with Founder SuccessLiaise with NEAR Developer lead, assisting that lead with roadmap creation, structure & resourcing You HaveProven experience as a product manager or owner, focusing on AI-powered products and solutions.Strong technical background with a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI technologies.Deep knowledge of the Web3 AI market, including emerging entrants / new projectsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
