*This position will be hybrid out of our Fort Wayne, IN office. The requirement is to work in the office two or more days per week.*Position SummaryWe are a leading corporate tax consulting firm committed to leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, to deliver value to our Clients. As part of our ongoing innovation efforts, we are looking for a talented AI Solutions Engineer to join our IT team and support our business development and operations teams. This individual will bridge the gap between our clients and our technical teams developing AI-driven solutions, ensuring that our solutions align with client needs. The AI Solutions Engineer will play a critical role in understanding client challenges and tax technology needs, translating those into technical requirements, and working closely with our AI and technical teams to deliver solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI technologies and excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between clients and our internal teams. Experience with corporate tax is strongly preferred, but not required.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our business development team, clients, and internal technical teams working on AI initiatives.
  • Understand client needs, especially within the corporate tax domain, and translate those needs into actionable AI project requirements.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure AI solutions are effectively designed, developed, and implemented according to client specifications.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Assist in shaping AI-driven strategies to solve complex tax challenges and improve efficiency for clients.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, technical capabilities, and client expectations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends in AI applications within corporate tax and proactively recommend solutions to our business development team.
  • Manage client feedback and ensure continuous improvement of AI solutions.
  • Provide input on AI project roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with AI or technology-based solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, or data analytics.
  • Familiarity with corporate tax processes and challenges is a plus.
  • Prior experience in consulting or working in a client-facing role.
  • Exposure to AI-driven solutions in the financial, legal, or tax industries.
  • Familiarity with tax-related software platforms or AI tools is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position does not qualify for employment-based sponsorship.
