We want someone devoted to helping customers understand how AI can make a significant difference in their Salesforce workflows.The Salesforce AI GTM team is looking for multiple Technical Evangelist positions at various levels throughout the United States. As a Technical Evangelist, with a focus on the Salesforce AI product portfolio, you will serve as a strategic advisor and expert in Salesforce products and platforms for the company's largest and most complex enterprise customers. As a Technical Evangelist - AI Product GTM, you will become a deep product expert and work closely with our Sales and Product teams to ensure customer success. You will collaborate with Product Managers (PMs), as well as Marketing and Sales, providing guidance on customer engagements. You will develop technical content, reference implementations, and presentations to enable customers and partners to fully leverage AI/ML on Salesforce. Additionally, you will create field enablement materials for the broader Solution Engineering and Technical Evangelist team to help them understand how Salesforce AI can combine and coexist with other AI/ML solutions in the market and be productized into customer product architectures. This version maintains the original meaning while enhancing grammatical accuracy and readability.Your ImpactServe as a trusted advisor and thought leader by developing compelling, solution-specific messages and technical assets (e.g., customer success stories that break down tech stacks, technical presentations, how-to guides, templates, and recipes) to showcase Salesforce AI and technologies through public forums such as blogs, workshops, and events, as well as internal sales enablement assets.Guide our customers, partners, and implementation teams on how best to execute digital transformation with the Salesforce platform using Salesforce AI. Establish trust with the customer's leadership by promoting and implementing best practices. Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with customers to architect technology solutions that meet their needs.Architect solutions leveraging hyperscalers' AI/ML services to deeply understand how customers may integrate Salesforce with available technologies from other vendors. Design potential solutions to optimize the use of Salesforce and its AI/ML capabilities.Collaborate with the Business Values team, Competitive Analysis team, and Pricing teams to effectively communicate internally and externally how we are positioned in the market when used together with other AI/ML services.Develop and support an internal Salesforce community of AI/ML Subject Matter Experts by capturing and sharing best practices and insights, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.Serve as a key member of the Partner account team and Customer Success team, ensuring they are fully equipped to navigate customer conversations.Act as a technical liaison between customers, solution engineering teams, and customer success by providing best practices and technical sales plays to ensure success for our customers.Minimum RequirementsYou should possess extensive technical experience with technologies related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning. A strong background in mathematics and statistics is preferred, along with experience in building complex classification models. Familiarity with the ecosystem of software vendors in the AI/ML space is essential, as you will leverage this knowledge to assist Salesforce customers in their technology selection process.Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and possess strong technical expertise, enabling them to engage effectively with Salesforce customers at all levels, from executives to developers. Equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree will be consideredProven track record of successful delivery on AI features in customer projects within CRM space.Strong application design and development skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a white-board discussion with customers or delivering a technical presentation. Able to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiencesProven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integrationAbility to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organizationOpen to travel as some travel may be required depending on the customer requirementsDegree or equivalent relevant experience required.
