Our client, a prominent freight forwarding company, is seeking a skilled Air & Ocean Export Coordinator to join their team in Atlanta, GA. As an Air & Ocean Export Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the export process for both air and ocean shipments, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee air and ocean export shipments from initiation to completion, handling the process from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and relevant export requirements
• Process and manage documentation for customs clearance and export compliance
• Provide regular updates on shipment status to both customers and internal teams
• Resolve issues or challenges that may arise during the export process
• Manage billing and invoicing for air and ocean export shipments

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in air and ocean export coordination, preferably in a freight forwarding environment
• Knowledge of customs regulations and export requirements

• Familiarity with airfreight and ocean carriers and their rates
