Responsible for providing and maintaining effective customer service and satisfaction. Provide information to resolve customer and shipment related problems. Tasks & Responsibilities: * Assist customers with requests and requirements pertaining to pick-up and deliveries, tracing shipments, rate quotes, and special handling * Follow up with customers to resolve invoice problems and discrepancies * Communicate with customers, coworkers, and other departments to facilitate the movement of freight and associated paperwork that require special handling * Accurately retrieve information from the system Tango, ProCars, Sales Cloud * Complete Quote Proposals, bid proposal, any customer inquiry * Proactively call customers on shipment problems, proposal follow-up * Provide POD information to customers * Interact with AOC and Airfreight Branch
