BSG maintains a high level of hospitality, making attention to detail a must, in addition to cleaning experience. We use Turno to manage our cleaning team, assign rental projects, and provide detailed cleaning checklists. Communication with BSG's Operations Manager and an eye for cleaning spaces is crucial. Cleanings must meet 5 star standards and are paid at $25/hour or per project, with the potential for growth or negotiation. Cleanings include a thorough cleaning of the entire home and laundry is completed during the cleanings. Inspections will be performed regularly on units by the Operations Manager. Cleanings must be completed after guest check-out at 11:00am and conclude by 4:00pm. On some days, it may be possible to clean more than one unit in a day. All cleaners will be required to submit a w-9 and will be issued a 1099 for tax purposes.
