Position Overview:

Terrible's Aviation Division is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Aircraft and Aviation Facilities Detailer to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our aircraft, hangars, and associated facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring that all aviation-related spaces and equipment are impeccably maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Cleaning:

* Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of aviation office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and surface sanitization to ensure a pristine work environment.

Hangar Bathroom Cleaning:

* Clean and sanitize hangar bathroom facilities regularly, including toilets, sinks, floors, and mirrors. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed.

Hangar and Hangar Equipment Cleaning:

* Maintain the cleanliness of the hangar floor and surrounding areas, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and stored properly. This includes sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing as necessary.

Vehicle Cleaning and Detailing (Interior and Exterior):

* Provide thorough cleaning and detailing services for all aviation-related vehicles, including washing exteriors, cleaning interiors, vacuuming, polishing surfaces, and ensuring vehicles are always presentable.

Aircraft Interior and Exterior Cleaning:

* Clean and detail aircraft interiors and exteriors, ensuring all surfaces, seating, windows, and other components are free of debris, stains, and dust. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all aircraft.

Aircraft Inventory and Restocking:

* Monitor and manage the inventory of aircraft supplies, including toiletries, snacks, and other in-flight essentials. Ensure that aircraft are restocked according to company standards and that stock levels are maintained.

Ordering of Cleaning Materials and Aircraft Stock:

* Responsible for ordering and maintaining an adequate supply of cleaning materials and aircraft stock. Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of needed items.

Cleaning of Various Aircraft Textiles:

* Clean and care for various aircraft textiles, including seats, carpets, and curtains, ensuring they are free from stains and wear. Utilize appropriate cleaning methods and products to maintain textile integrity.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the aviation industry.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage.

* Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

* Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by flight schedules.

Travel Requirements:

Reliable transportation is required.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to read and interpret documents, instructions, and manuals, as well as to communicate effectively.

Reasoning Abilities:

The ability to apply logical thinking to execute instructions and resolve problems is crucial.

Certificates, Licensing and Regulations:

Applicants must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Physical Demands:

The role requires regular standing, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally. The incumbent must also be able to perform duties in varying work conditions, such as confined spaces.

Work Environment:
