Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections of in-process and completed cable assemblies using various measuring devices and inspection tools.
Work from blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and inspection instructions to assess product quality.
Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems based on established criteria.
Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control and other control procedures.
Identify non-conformances in cable assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-620 and other specified requirements.
