**Description:** This assignment is for an F-35 Site Manager position, to support F-35A operations at Lask, Poland. Must be willing to deploy, as required, for long-term assignment, work any shift, and weekends. Candidates must be willing and able to deploy with customer personnel to hazardous locations. US Department of Defense (DoD) mandated vaccinations may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Selected candidates must pass an overseas physical examination.
The Site Manager will be the single-point of contact to oversee all on-site F-35 contractor support operations and the primary customer liaison to Poland customer leadership. Site Manager reports to the Field Operations East Manager and Field Operations Director and maintains close coordination with the Sustainment Program Manager in the management of Performance Based Logistics requirements. The Site Manager will have overall responsibility for on-site contractor technical services, Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), training system support, and sustainment spares warehouse liaison services.
Additional Site Manager responsibilities include:
Will work closely with the on-site contractors
and Field Service Engineers to ensure that all
F135 support impacts are resolved in a timely
and efficient manner.
As part of these responsibilities, he/she will
manage support resources in compliance with
cost goals and operating budgets and maintain a
sustained growth of technical and professional
competence of the on-site support team.
Will be responsive to the operational and
support concerns of Poland leadership and
ensure responsive support is provided by
contractor support activities.
Provides oversight of all on-site contractor
activities, planning and scheduling of on-site
teamwork assignments (including potential
contractor deployment packages), enforcement
of safety and physical security procedures and
directives, and management of labor charges
and administrative documentation.
Ensure personnel compliance with program,
company, and government agency policies and
procedures and coordinate staffing and training
requirements.

an active Secret Security Clearance.

**Basic Qualifications:**
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
At least 10 years of aircraft maintenance, Operations or Supply professional experience.
Experience working and interacting with senior
management within unit, operations, and
maintenance communities.
Demonstrated experience managing product /
system engineering support.
Working knowledge of flight line operations in
and around operational environment.
Experience working with pilot and maintainer systems & processes, and/or logistics support.
**Desired Skills:**
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college in
related discipline
Knowledge of F-35 pilot and maintainer
systems & processes, and/or logistics support.
Candidate should possess a broad military
aircraft support background and advanced
interpersonal and communication skills to be
effective in a high tempo operational
environment.
Strong verbal and written skills as well as the
ability to lead diverse workforce is required.
Ability to effectively communicate with
supporting companies (Pratt & Whitney, NGC,
etc.) and local base and ship authorities critical
for success.
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer fighter
training operations support.
Prior military or civilian equivalent operational
maintenance & logistics experience desirable;
specifically organizational and intermediate
maintenance experience.
Should be considered an expert authority in
the maintenance, operations, and support
disciplines.
Interim Contractor Support (ICS) experience to
include retrofit management desirable.
Familiarity with the F-35 logistics, autonomic
logistics information system (ALIS), technical
publications approach and supportable low
observable support concept beneficial.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
