In conjunction with Paris Junior College, this occupation will develop an Apprentices working knowledge and understanding in the repair and maintenance of airframes, hydraulics, fuel systems, electrical systems, or aircraft engines. Apprentices are expected to perform work at increasing levels of skill and complexity as they gain experience. JOB DUTIES:This individual will be responsible for, but not limited to:Train for up to two (2) years utilizing curriculum offered by Paris Junior College as well as on the job training at the Greenville TX facility. Apprentice probation periods will be six (6) months from start of employment as an Apprentice. The Program will include a combination of hands-on and academic training. The ratio of Academic to hands-on training will be determined by L3 Harris and the participating academic institution.
