Administrative Assistant at Marsden South
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Hourly Rate: $22
Location: Airport - Irving, TX.
Requirements:
* You must be 18 years old
* Be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance
* A valid driver's license will be required for most of current openings
* A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
* High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Prefer experience working with a diverse population
* Bilingual in two or more languages, with English being one of those languages
* 2-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a commercial cleaning or similar environment
Job Duties:
The primary duties of an Administrative Assistant focus onproviding support to others. Their responsibilities can vary significantly notonly from one position to another but also from day to day in the same role. Onany given day, they may undertake a range of tasks, including:
* Answering phones andgreeting clients and employees
* Utilizing strongcomputer skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
* Scheduling appointmentsand managing calendars
* Demonstratingforward-thinking and proactive problem-solving
* Organizing andcoordinating staff meetings and other gatherings
* Support and assist operation managers, supervisors, Human Resources, and staff
* Conduct interviews andcollaborative with the Recruiter and Human Resources
* Preparing communicationssuch as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
* Maintaining attendance, tracking time, and managing payroll duties
* Assisting with the badging process
* Communicating with clients and vendors
