Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Recognized as an expert in one or more semiconductor unit processes. Drives roadmap for the development of digital tools that differentiate service delivery. Drives field technical and customer engagement for digital tools adoption. Must have 10+ years of marketing experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in factory automation software (such as MES, YMS, or FDC). Develop value messaging and marketing collateral in AIx analytics platform to accelerate service business growth. Working level knowledge of:

  • Machine learning
  • Big data analytics
  • AI platforms and tools

Directs and controls the conversion of technical trends into useful information for presentation at technical review workshops and executive reviews. Applies expert industry knowledge and commercial awareness to drive penetration and adoption of diverse and complex product strategies. Identifies customer adoption barriers and drives a plan to overcome them. Executes the mapping of trends, opportunities, and threats to roadmap and strategies. Extensive contact with sales, business development, and the field is required.

Functional Knowledge

  • Regarded as a technical expert with broad experience in semiconductor unit process and basic product development best practices.
  • Experience using analytics tools to solve complex hardware issues.
  • Can translate technical requirements into a market requirements document.
  • Expertise in software product development with machine learning capability.
  • Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in the development of both hardware and software products.

  • Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department, or sub-functions.

Leadership

  • Leads through subordinate managers of managers; executes segment/functional business plans and contributes to the development of segment/functional strategy.

  • Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment.

Impact

  • Guided by segment/functional strategy, impacts results of a department, business unit, or sub-function or facilitates the work done by other segments/functions by providing support to impact the business.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Negotiates and influences the opinions of others at the senior executive level and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

U.S. Salary Range: $184,000.00 - $253,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
