Job DescriptionAlcoholism Counselor: Under the direction of the Clinical Director or designee, provides direct services through individual and group sessions to motivate and sustain chemically dependent clients to achieve an abstinence-based lifestyle.Requirements:•One year experience in chemical dependence group and individual psychotherapeutic process under supervision; CASAC internship qualifies.•Three years of clinical experience in a recognized chemical dependence treatment program preferred.•Broad knowledge of chemical dependence resources and educational materials.•CASAC, CASAC-T or meets OASAS Scope of Practice Provisional QHP status•High School Diploma or Equivalency, Bachelors/Masters in Human Services preferredPay: 1199 Collective Bargaining rates
