DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tutor individual or small groups of students, reinforcing and implementing instruction as directed by the teacher.
- Administer and score a variety of tests according to established guidelines.
- Perform routine clerical duties.
- Monitor and report behavior of students according to approved procedures.
- Assist students with lab work as necessary.
- Supervise the library, playground and lunch activities of pupils.
- Plan with the teacher displays and exhibits, work areas, operating educational training equipment.
- Assist with the attendance records, lunchroom reports, cumulative records and announcements.
- Assist with small group instruction, make-up work, tutoring details, reading computation, and story-telling activities.
- Deal with minor injuries or illnesses to children.
- Direct group activities of students as assigned.
- Maintain regular attendance.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Principal and Superintendent.

- Basic subjects taught in the District schools, including arithmetic, grammar, spelling, language and reading.
