1.BA/BS with 3-5 years experience in e-commerce platform operation and/or two-sided marketplace operation, specialized in the category of Industrial supplies and tools. Preferably Product Management, Strategy and Planning, or Management Consulting experience in Retail or e-commerce. 2.Track record of success in defining strategies, implementing operation plans, and leading cross-functionally through influence. 3.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required. 4.Data-driven approach to planning and decision-making, with experience designing experiments and getting hands-on with data, analytics, and modeling. 5.Possessing a growth mindset, willingness to work hard, and providing and receiving 360 feedback to continuously grow professionally.
1. Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth. 2.
