POSITION
Substitute School Nurse (All schools) RNs or LPNs
SALARY
$30.90 per hour
No benefits offered. Position is as needed for daily openings.
JOB DUTIES
* Monitoring and caring for students with a vast array of illnesses and conditions, including but not limited to:
* Diabetes, with and without insulin pumps
* Routine care of colds, illnesses, allergies (including anaphylactic allergies);
* Emergency care/injuries/first aid
* Daily medications
* Working with mental health and special education staff to assist students with various needs
QUALIFICATIONS Must have current CT RN or LPN license and be CPR/AED certified.
Must have at least one year full-time working experience within the
last 5 years prior to application.
