Overview:
Nakupuna Consulting is seeking an All-Source Analyst - Network Analysis who will conduct all-source in-depth links and social network analysis using advanced network analysis techniques. Assesses opportunities to disrupt or degrade networks as appropriate. Assesses information gaps and predicts areas of information that enhance the collection cycle, based on collection strategies and Requests for Information (RFI).

- Plan, research, develop, and communicate in-depth analyses of complex and significant national, regional, and/or global issues for senior policymakers and key components of the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Plan, research, and lead production of a broad range of finished intelligence products that support U.S. counter-proliferation efforts; provide analytic assessments on counter-proliferation, nuclear, chemical, and biological warfare topics, arms control, exploitation program planning, development, and execution.
- Plan, prepare, and present written and oral briefings to senior internal and external clients on significant intelligence issues; explain complex concepts to non-expert clients and tailor production to respond to client needs.
- Apply a full range of methodological tools and approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex and significant analytic issues and incorporate insights and findings into well-crafted, sophisticated intelligence products.
- Cultivate and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with colleagues, subject matter experts (SMEs), and analysts across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) and Intelligence Community and leverage these relationships to share information of interest.

- Extensive knowledge in WMD, CWMD, CBRNE, and/or related subject matter.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete indirect highly complex, seemingly unrelated and/or technically advanced.
- Demonstrated ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations and intelligence disciplines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
- Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to effective plan, research, develop, and write high-quality, complex analysis, studies, projects, assignments, and briefings on key U.S. foreign policy and national security objectives focused on WMD, CBRNE, and/or related topics for the DIE, DoD, or IC.
- Extensive knowledge of DoD, DIE, and IC policy and procedures and demonstrated knowledge of analytic tradecraft; superior ability to communicate intelligence information and judgments to generalists and specialists.
- Demonstrated ability to produce analytic finished intelligence related to WMD, CBRNE, or related topics and broad knowledge of the role intelligence analysis plays within the DIE and IC.
- Demonstrated ability to use a broad range of methodological tools and approaches to research, analyze, and present data (analytic or data modeling, link analysis, or software).
- Skill in producing high quality analytic products, including finished intelligence production, using structured analytic methods and techniques.
- Skill in use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe, and MS Teams.
Education and Experience:
- Education Bachelors degree in an area related to WMD, CBRNE, or all-source intelligence analysis from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Experience Eight (8) or more years of relevant professional experience conducting analysis relevant to WMD or CBRNE, with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.
Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. A counterintelligence polygraph is also required. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Work Locations: Fort Belvoir, Virginia or Reston, Virginia.
On Site vs Remote Ratio: All work will be performed on-site.
Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
