Primary PurposeSupport the mission, vision, and strategic goals of Clear Creek ISD by coordinating andoverseeing the activities and programs of the Alliance for Youth and Families whose mission is to serve, support, and inspire students and families to build a healthier community for all in both Clear Creek and Friendswood ISDs. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.QualificationsEducation/Certification/LicensureBachelor's (Master's preferred) degree from accredited college or university in publichealth, communication, education, social work, or related fieldCertified Prevention Specialist (or ability to obtain within 20 months of employment)Special Knowledge/SkillsDemonstrated skills in both written and verbal communicationEffective communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skillsSuccessful experience and skills in coalition/team buildingSuccessful experience in implementing evidence-based prevention curriculumSkills in grant writing and fund raisingMust also be able to meet the following training requirements:

Supervise and support employees in the Alliance for Youth and Families Including:- Coordinating data collection for proper reporting to HHSC
- Ongoing development and supervision of their work
- Working with Executive Director to complete annual performance appraisal and evaluation for all members of the Alliance for Youth and Families staff.
Implement, supervise, and evaluate requirements for all grants by:- Schedule all YP groups through campus liaison
- Serving as point person/contact for HHSC Programs staff
- Ensuring all statewide media calls have representation and deliverables are generated in a timely manner
- Timely completing of grant reports including:
- Monthly Measures (CMBHS and PATT)
- Quarterly Reports
- Implementation Plans
- Curriculum Outcome Measures Report
- CCP Community Needs Assessment
- CCP Asset-Based Mapping
- CCP Community Health Improvement Plan
- CCP Evaluation Report
- CCP Coalition Member Feedback Results
- CCP Sustainability Checklist
- Meeting or exceeding all performance measures set forth by grantors.
- Understanding and complying with all grant require
- Attending all required Program Director trainings through HHSC
Development and oversight of community coalitions through:- Working with Coalition Specialists to create communication plans for each coalition that ensure stakeholders understand the purpose of the coalition and how they can be involved
- Participating in community meetings and activities that promote the growth of the coalitions
- Working with Coalition Specialists to set goals for monthly contacts and ensure they meet or exceed them
- Serving in community organizations such as Rotary, Chambers, and others to increase visibility in the areas served by the Alliance
- Serving as liaison between Independent Evaluator and the Alliance to ensure the Strategic Planning Framework is followed and evaluations show changes in behavior
Plan and manage day-to-day operational tasks by:- Working with Independent Evaluator and Coalition Specialists to complete community needs assessment for both Community Coalitions.
- Creating/establishing coalition infrastructure that supports the needs of all members through
- Oversight of the general membership of the Alliance's coalitions; and all of its subcommittees; and
- Ensuring that each coalition has member representation from all grant-required community sec
- Developing training for coalition members.
- Conducting Coalition Member Feedback survey and share results.
Manage and utilize data effectively for systemic process and program analys- Account for the accuracy and verification of all data and repo
- Implement data-driven decision making for improvement efforts based on best practice
Manage the Youth Prevention Program that serves both Clear Creek and Friendswood ISDs by:- Ensuring that all staff have been trained in the appropriate curriculum
- Making regular site visits to observe classroom interactions and ensure fidelity of the program
- Providing staff with the tools necessary to be successful in working with students
- Providing staff opportunities to learn about community resources that students and their families might find helpful
- Tracking all Alliance employee grant-required professional development to ensure all requirements have been met
Support SALSA (Student Adult Leadership Service Alliance) program at Clear View HS through:- Maintaining relationships with campus administrators and key stakeholders
- Supporting the recruitment of both youth and adult members
Contribute to Annual Report yearly to distribute to members of the Coalition and members of the Senior Advisory Council outlining successes of the Alliance.Personal Growth and Work Habits
