As our Manager of Partnerships, you'll drive the growth of our global partner program and help to shape and refine this brand-building and revenue generating program for each of our brands. Successful candidates will be able to independently manage and identify opportunities to expand relationships with third party organizations that serve the needs of B2B technology buyers and lead a team to drive outcomes that move the needle for our business.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth from existing partnerships by setting targets, and enabling partners to engage with their audience leveraging GDM assets
Oversee day-to-day management of our existing partners including performance reporting and marketing campaign planning and launches
Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing partners, develop our content strategy, and improve client interactions with our assets
Stay abreast of the market landscape, conduct competitive analysis and business case modeling to guide potential partners; evaluate strategic, operational, and financial impact
Lead onboarding of new partners, considering implementation requirements based on product/engineering specs (e.g. APIs, performance tracking, commission, and/or payment terms)
What You Will Need:
5+ years of professional experience, ideally with 2+ years previous business development experience, account management or affiliate marketing experience
Maturity, confidence, and a growth mindset; comfortable in leading engagements with external parties and assertiveness to ensure partners are performing at expected levels
Sound excel skills and strategic business judgment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing and performance advertising models - can speak with ease to senior marketing execs on CPMs, CPL, CVR%, Multi-Touch Attribution, LTV, and the like
Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
Experience in working with organizations catering to B2B audiences such as Financial Services, Trade Associations & Advocacy Groups, and others targeting small business leaders a strong plus
BA or BS required

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 84,000 USD - 115,920 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
