We're the perfect venue for school groups, day camps, church organizations, families, and private parties, hosting events for up to 100 people.

Position Overview:

We're looking for versatile, customer-focused associates to join our team as an All-in-One Entertainment Center Workers. In this part-time, on-site role, youll wear many hats and ensure smooth daily operations while providing excellent customer experiences. Youll be trained in various roles, from hosting parties to maintaining equipment, and will be part of creating a vibrant and fun environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service / Cashier: Greet guests, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
• Party Host: Organize and host parties and events, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
• Cook / Server: Prepare and serve snacks and light meals while maintaining food safety standards.
• Technician / Maintenance: Assist with the upkeep and technical maintenance of arcade games, attractions, and equipment.
• Custodial: Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire facility, including restrooms, dining areas, and gaming spaces.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or the food service industry is a plus.
• Food handling safety knowledge and technical equipment skills (training provided).
