**Job Description**
This job is responsible for assisting with market research and competitor analysis to help inform product pricing and enhancements to product offerings. Key responsibilities include performing routine research, coordination and maintenance of required routines and governance documentation, and supporting the execution of product management processes and plans. Job expectations include conducting detailed and thorough research and analysis, ensuring all administrative routines and documentation support product management efforts as defined by Senior Product Specialists.
**Responsibilities:**
The Alternative Investments (AI) and Personal Retirement Solutions (PRS) groups at Bank of America offers distinctive capabilities focused on sourcing and delivering differentiated complex investment strategies to clients: Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Annuities, Insurance, and Education savings (529) products.
AI and PRS Oversight Team is responsible for fostering a best in class operating and risk management culture across the AI and PRS organizations. The team collaborates with all the groups across the AI and PRS organizations to understand the different products and processes in order to ensure consistent operations, controls and governance.
The team is looking for a highly motivated individual to participate of key initiatives and support business oversight risk routines across the AI, PRS, and Investment Solutions Group (ISG) organizations. This position will report directly to the Head of Business Oversight for AI and PRS.
Supports Senior Product Specialists with comprehensive research to inform future strategies, including opportunities for product enhancements or product pricing
Owns coordination of all required and supporting routines, documentation and processes related to management of offering or product
Supports research and delivery of information on product trends to sales and marketing teams leveraging knowledge of product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape
Assists with the maintenance of product financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and governance documentation
Responsibilities will include:
Participating initiatives designed to enhance controls and governance and oversee their implementation
Supporting governance committees, counsels, forums, and working groups
Working collaboratively with business units and other control groups on key organizational projects
Updating and Maintaining policies and procedures
Performing business oversight processes for AI, PRS, and the Investment Solutions Group
**Required Qualifications:**
Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage to aggressive deadlines
Ability to multi-task, managing various tasks and deliverables with simultaneous deadlines
Ability to build effective relationships
Flexibility and quick adaptation to changing priorities, methodologies, processes and systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, charts, etc.), PowerPoint
-Bachelor's degree or minimum of one year of relevant experience
**Desired Qualifications:**
Background in corporate governance, alternative investments, or retirement products is a plus but not required
1-2+ years financial services or related field experience

Pay range
$45.46 - $55.55 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
