The National Clinician Scholars Program (NCSP) is an innovative, interprofessional two-year postdoctoral fellowship program in research and leadership that trains nurses and physicians to be change agents. The NCSP has training sites at six prominent universities across the country, with a national office located at the University of Pennsylvania.
We are seeking a dynamic Alumni Engagement and Communications Coordinator to facilitate and operationalize initiatives to build a robust alumni network and to enhance our national communications and marketing efforts. The Coordinator will play a pivotal role both in fostering deeper engagement with alumni and in enhancing the program's visibility among potential applicants.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or master's degree
+ Preferred qualifications include experience in alumni relations, higher education, communications and marketing, or related field, and database management.
+ Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
+ Demonstrated ability to build and strategically enhance internal and external relationships.
+ Effective planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong ability to establish priorities and manage multiple demands and assignments.
+ Meticulous attention to detail.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
+ Proven ability to take initiative and think creatively.
This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule of 20 hours per week.
