Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AM/Lunch Restaurant Manager to oversee our breakfast, lunch, and cafe operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, team development, and maintaining high service standards. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management: - Oversee daily operations of breakfast, lunch, and cafe services, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, presentation, and timeliness.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu consistency and quality control.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.
Guest Experience: - Uphold a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership: - Supervise, train, and motivate the AM restaurant and cafe staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Schedule staff effectively to ensure optimal coverage during peak periods.
Compliance and Safety: - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Enforce policies and procedures aligned with Hilton and local regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and operational standards.
Collaboration: - Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and other department managers to align goals and strategies.
- Participate in planning and executing special events and promotions.
Qualifications Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch operations, as well as cafe-style service.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, some evenings and holidays as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
